About Me

Hi, I’m Fiona. I’m an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years experience working in the mental health world. I offer individual psychological therapy for adults, young to old. I have a particular interest in working with people around difficulties of self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, relational difficulties and life transitions.

In my practice I offer an integrative approach, which means I utilise a combination of therapies to best suit you. I have training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma focused CBT (TF-CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Flash Technique and Polyvagal Theory. I am also a trained yoga and meditation teacher and I am interested in somatic approaches in therapy.
